ВЛИЯНИЕ ОКСИДА ГРАФЕНА НА РАСТЕНИЯ-РЕГЕНЕРАНТЫ ГИБРИДА ТОПОЛЬ БЕЛЫЙ × ОСИНА

Аннотация: 

В работе проведено исследование влияния оксида графена на регенеранты гибрида тополь белый × осина при переносе их в нестерильные тепличные условия при клональном микроразмножении. Показано, что суспензия наноматериала в концентрации 1,5 мкг/л стимулировала прирост высоты растений гибрида тополь белый × осина, но также увеличивала количество увядших листьев. Увеличение концентрации наноматериала до 3 мкг/л вызывало негативное влияние на проростки. Количество выживших побегов снизилось на 17 % относительно контроля, высота растений уменьшилась на 25 %. Также наблюдалось уменьшение числа листьев и адаптированных микроклонов – адаптировалось 15 % растений против 55 % в контроле. Общее состояние проростков данной группы оценивалось только на 3 балла из 5. Анализ бинакопления оксида графена в органах растений не показал выраженных очагов скопления наноматериала. Таким образом, оксид графена оказывал разнонаправленное действие на развитие проростков гибрида тополь белый × осина. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в ходе оценки экологической безопасности графеноподобных материалов по отношению к растениям, а также для совершенствования биотехнологии клонального микроразмножения лесных культур.
